Using infused extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from Lincoln’s Oliverde store, you’ll learn why using quality ingredients is important to flavor and ease in cooking at home. Students attending the class will watch Chef Judy demonstrate a full meal, enjoying the meal all along the way!
