Halibut wrapped with Prosciutto

4 6 ounce halibut fillet, skinned

4 ounces prosciutto

1/2 cup light sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons capers

1 medium lemon

Wrap each halibut fillet with prosciutto, in medium hot oven proof skillet heat oil; sear each piece until golden turn

Turn halibut over and place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 Minutes.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and caper together, place is a small serving dish with a spoon to pass.

Garnish with sliced lemon.
